Sales Executive

Requirement: Fresh Graduate / Experienced Hire

Job Duties:

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Graphic / 3D Designers

Requirement: Fresh Graduate / Experienced Hire

Job Duties:

• Meet clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.
• Identify the client's business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose.
• Estimate the time required to complete the work and providing quotes for clients.
• Develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research.
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
• Innovate to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Present finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
• Work with a wide range of media, including photography and computer-aided design (CAD).
• Contribute ideas and design artwork to the overall brief.
• Demonstrate illustrative skills with rough sketches.
• Work on layouts and artworking pages ready for print.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, 3ds Max, InDesign, Acrobat, Director, Dreamweaver and Flash.
• Work as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
